Special teams have been deployed to nab him. The alleged assault took place around 4.30 a.m. on Tuesday on Chakkalapadam Road at Kaloor.He said DJ parties held in the city would be under strict police surveillance as part of ‘Operation Toofan: The Narco Hunt’, the State-wide drive aimed at eliminating drug menace. The organisers have to comply with instructions issued by the police. Such events must conclude by 11 p.m., he said.He added that surveillance had been stepped up near schools and colleges as those involved in the sale of drugs targeted students.
