This marks a 12% decrease from 2026.Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) decided to use the hearing to get personal with Bessent and the Trump Administration. Wyden had previously feuded with Bessent over the relase of deceased p*dophile Jeffrey Epstein’s financial records.After getting smeared, Bessent pointed out that Wyden’s son, Adam, had an investment with Epstein.Wyden accused Bessent of being a “capo” to what he described as “the most corrupt regime in American history.” But the Oregon Democrat then got completely blindsided by Bessent.The Treasury Secretary then revealed that Adam Wyden’s largest investment was in Rick’s Cabaret, a high-end strip club.So, Bessent had just one question:“Did your son and Jeffrey Epstein talk about pole dancing as he begged him for money using your limited credibility?”What a savage.WATCH:BESSENT: “Sen.
