Sorry Reddit didn’t tell me you’d commented lol. For one, it takes up less fridge space than having a ton of bags and/or bottles in the fridge. It also means we don’t have to constantly rotate containers and check dates/times to make sure we’re feeding the right milk. I feel like it also more evenly distributes the fat content since I’ve heard that milk from one part of the day can be fattier, or if I do a power pump that fattier milk (since fattier hind milk generates first) will be distributed. I’m also not constantly having to label bottles and make sure all the labels get picked off before they go into the bottle washer. I also find it easier to track her intake, since I make sure to start with a completely full pitcher. Whenever I freeze the leftover at night I can measure how much is left and I know roughly how much she ate that day.
