There was a lady like this in my neighborhood. She babysat a lot of kids and charged a really cheap rate but I'd also see her out shopping and wonder how was she caring for all of these kids when she was never home. Well I learned the years later that her brother would watch the kids and he molested some of them. So I reiterate, avoid anyone who would take on watching your kids for cheap.
