Samsung has finally detailed the June 2026 security patch for Galaxy devices. The company included this new patch with the One UI 9.0 beta update released for the Galaxy S26 series in select countries. Other devices could receive this security patch soon.June 2026 security patch fixes 45 vulnerabilitiesThe June 2026 security patch is now listed on Samsung's security bulletin website. It fixes a total of 45 security vulnerabilities, including 33 Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) from Google and 12 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVEs). The ones from Samsung include eleven from Samsung MX and one from Samsung Semiconductor's Exynos division.Of the 33 fixes provided by Google, five are rated Critical and 28 are rated High severity. The fix from Samsung Semiconductor's Exynos division addresses a vulnerability affecting the DRM HDR driver.Most of the Samsung-specific vulnerabilities affected Galaxy devices running Android 14, Android 15, and Android 16 and were related to Smart Suggestions, Samsung Account, Samsung Cloud, Theme Manager, Settings-related components, and other One UI services.Samsung could release the June 2026 security patch to more eligible devices over the next few weeks.
