Mungu Feni Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Madi & West Nile Diocese. The MoU seeks to uplift and help the less privileged in the West Nile Region.This took part on Sunday, May 31, 2026 during the 9th Anniversary of the Bishop celebrated at Emmanuel Cathedral- Mvara in Arua City.The event also coincided with the fundraising to build the four storayed Bishop’s Complex where Mungu Feni was the Chief Guest.Mungu Feni, also CEO of Mungu Feni Foundation, Director of EuroGold Refinery, Mungu Feni Aviations Ltd, contributed Ugx 20,000,000/= (Twenty Million Shillings Only) to support the project and pledged more support till the completion stage.At the event, the Bishop of Madi and Westnile Diocese Rt Rev Dr Charles Collins Andaku, awarded businessman Benard Feni an accolade of appreciation for the generousity, partnership and collaboration with the Anglican Diocese.Mungu Feni, has also been recognised for his outstanding contribution to entrepreneurship, innovation, and community development in Uganda.Through his foundation he received the Best Innovative and Extraordinary Entrepreneur 2026 award from the Uganda National Innovative Graduates Wealth Creation Association (UNIGWA) in recognition of his transformative work in business and social empowerment.The foundation was also named Best Community Transformation Organisation in East Africa at the East Africa Brand Quality Awards, highlighting its growing influence beyond national borders.It also scooped multiple accolades at the West Nile Quality Brand Awards in 2025, including Quality Excellence Award – Platinum, Best Community Development NGO, and Best Local NGO, in recognition of its work empowering youth and vulnerable communities in the region.Mungu Feni has also won the Best New Star Gospel Artist award at the Shining Stars Africa Awards 2025/2026, held in Rwanda.The post Mungu Feni Foundation Signs MoU with Madi & West Nile Diocese appeared first on The Insider.
