Andoni Iraola is expected to sign only a two-year contract to become Liverpool’s new manager.Iraola has emerged as the club’s top target to replace Arne Slot with a verbal agreement reached with the former Bournemouth boss.However, Iraola will sign a short-term deal of just two seasons at Anfield, as is the Spaniard’s insistence and preference with previous clubs.Liverpool have also opened talks with Bournemouth to recruit several members of Iraola’s former backroom staff.Among those being pursued are Tommy Elphick, Shaun Cooper, and Tom Webber, while the out-of-contract Pablo de la Torre will also join Iraola’s coaching team.
