Back in 2010 he said of the city: “They ain’t got no skinny women down there.”He’s made numerous remarks since. The 1993 NBA MVP once claimed that local women are overweight because their churros are “the bomb”, and that the city was a “gold mine for Weight Watchers.”More recently, Barkley admitted he went too far after joking, “Y’all do got some big ol’ b*****,” onstage.Despite the brutal jabs, Barkley’s back and forth with San Antonio has been taken in good faith over the years. He even visited the city in 2012 and took a tour with the mayor where he confirmed he’s just joking.Unfortunately for Barkley, he now has to face up his previous comments.
