what the title says really. stating it like that kind of makes me go “duh obviously endometriomas are a form of endometriosis“ and when I asked my gynea that she was like no people say endometrioma cyst but it’s just endometriosis. maybe I misunderstood the cyst part but she just shook her head and kept saying it’s the same as endometriosi, but I thought endometriomas were a very tangible cyst form of endometriosi. i actually like her a lot but this made me feel uneasy as I’m on her surgery list and my MRI showed endometriomas on both ovaries and i have loads of pain in my lower right area which I imagine is because of that. what do you think? context: this will be my second laparoscopy but first time presence on ovaries.   submitted by   /u/vulpine__1 [link]   [comments]
