Does anyone else get hormonal acne and eczema that flare up in the spots? Any tips on how to treat it, or what's worked for you? I tend to get them in similar areas, like acne on my face, but eczema on my neck/ears. Acne on my back, with eczema mixed in, going onto my shoulders and arms. What helps eczema makes acne worse, and vice versa. I've seen my PCP and dermatologists. I've tried tons of prescription + OTC lotions, creams, and cleansers. Senstive face/body wash with Azelaic acid gel worked for both for awhile, but not anymore. Nothing seems to be workin now. I've seen posts that histamine levels and other things can contribute, especially to the eczema?? Idk how accurate it is? I'm just looking for anything that can help at this point...
