Owner Lavkesh Bajaj has been detained in connection with a Malviya Nagar hotel fire that killed 21 people. The hotel operated at nearly four times its permitted capacity, lacked fire safety clearance, and had unauthorized additional floors. Authorities issued a lookout circular and conducted raids to prevent the accused from fleeing.
