SOL Has Strong FundamentalsSOL / TetherUSBINANCE:SOLUSDTMonoCoinSignalSolana is one of the more interesting large-cap setups right now because the ecosystem data and the price chart are telling two very different stories. Fundamentally, SOL is not dead. Solana still has deep DEX activity, strong stablecoin liquidity, high daily transactions, and continued institutional ETF interest. Galaxy also noted that Solana maintained the top DEX volume position for the 5th consecutive quarter. But the chart has not confirmed that strength yet. 1. THE FUNDAMENTAL CASE Network Activity: Solana continues to show strong on-chain usage and transaction activity. DEX Strength: Solana remains a leading chain for decentralized exchange volume. Institutional Angle: SOL ETF demand has remained one of the stronger altcoin fund-flow stories. Risk: Activity is still heavily tied to speculative trading cycles, especially memecoins. 2. THE DAILY CHART IS STILL BEARISH Current Price: SOL is trading around $72.09. EMA Stack: Price remains below EMA20 at $82.50, EMA50 at $85.07, and EMA200 at $106.36. Momentum: RSI at 15.9 and Stochastic at 7.3 show deep oversold conditions. Trend Strength: MACD remains bearish and ADX at 59.6 confirms the trend still has force. Volume: Above-average volume confirms real sell-side participation. 3. THE LEVELS THAT MATTER Relief FVG: $82.98-$83.08. Bearish OB / Supply: $85.26-$88.02. Bearish Invalidation: A 4H close above $88.02. Downside Risk: Rejection from supply keeps the $70.84 swing low exposed. MY VERDICT Solana’s fundamentals are stronger than the chart, but price has not confirmed rotation yet. I am not shorting blindly into oversold conditions, but I am also not calling this bullish while SOL trades below every major daily EMA. The clean decision zone is $85.26-$88.02. If SOL rejects there, the bearish structure remains intact. If buyers reclaim $88.02, the recovery thesis becomes much more interesting. Confidence: 64% Bearish / HOLD until reclaim Disclaimer: This analysis is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Always do your own research and manage risk carefully.
