Dayanandan, who died on Monday (June 1, 2026).Poet Manambur Rajanbabu inaugurated the commemoration held here on Thursday. Pukasa president K. Padmanabhan presided. Mr. Rajanbabu called Dayanandan a unique personality who blended art with social responsibility.The others who spoke included Venu Paloor, N.V. Mohammedali, K.V. Balakrishnan, Anil Kuruppan, and Sobhana Kumari. Pukasa secretary K.R. Nancy welcomed the gathering.
