Hello Everyone, I am new to resin printers and thought I'd reach out to ask some questions about printing the perfect mini's. I have ordered some prints from Major's Mini's in the past and was very impressed with their quality in terms of detail and how durable they are. The support would easily come off of their parts without damaging anything, and this would be even post cure. I have an Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16k. I am assuming that this is a multi part thing. For a durable print, I think I might need to mix ABS-like with a form of flexible/tough resin to get the right durability like they have. I have read about 85% to 15% mixes for this, let me know if that isn't quite right (I've only used standard so far) I'm also wondering how I get those supports to come off super clean without breaking the thinner parts. So far I have been auto generating the supports, and just started using these settings for minis about 80-100mm in height. Let me know if I should consider updating these settings to get that clean tear-off i'm looking for. https://preview.redd.it/q8ljr8uhr9vh1.png?width=504&format=png&auto=webp&s=1bf743f9c99dd3ba1a99d07aa85d3278d7ce6162 submitted by /u/AltruisticToe7181 [link] [comments]
