Last weekend-sized project: Pour Play, a latte art trainer web app I built for a paying client. It has fluid-sim pour animations. My first try was a WebGL2 Stable Fluids model and it looked flat on screen. I replaced it with a flow-map renderer that keeps the leaf and layer lines crisp, and a judge agent scored each frame against real barista videos. Most of the build happened over one weekend, and the whole job was 35 billed hours. It is live here: https://pourplay.pages.dev That is what I do. You send me a product idea, I turn it into a precise spec, and AI coding agents (Claude Code) do the typing under my review. That is why a first working version can take a weekend instead of a month.
