From November 1, Delhi will restrict entry of commercial goods vehicles with BS-IV or lower emission standards. Exemptions will apply to CNG and electric vehicles, along with BS-VI compliant diesel buses and trucks. Light, medium, and heavy goods vehicles, along with buses under All India Tourist Permits, will face this restriction. Transporters and drivers are advised to check their vehicles' emission standards before entering Delhi.
