Newish to outpatient cardiology. Id consider our practice as a whole to be quite good. But i’ve noticed the secretaries frequently schedule/reschedule pts for appts or procedures without actually contacting them to ask if that date/time works. This leads to a lot of no shows, which we do track and take into consideration when a refill or clearance is requested.
