BTCUSDT Below the Trendline: The Bounce Hasn’t Changed the TrendBTCUSDT SPOTBYBIT:BTCUSDTParadise_NoirBTCUSDT is still trading in a bearish environment, as neither the broader market backdrop nor the technical structure supports a clear reversal yet. Bitcoin has managed to bounce from the lows, but buyers have struggled to keep the momentum going. With U.S. Treasury yields still weighing on risk assets and markets cautious ahead of fresh inflation signals, BTC rallies could continue to attract selling pressure at higher levels. ㅤ On the 2H chart, Bitcoin remains below the descending trendline from the previous highs. What stands out is how quickly sellers have stepped back in whenever price approaches this trendline, keeping the pattern of lower highs intact. That makes 84,400–85,300 an important area, where the descending trendline meets overhead resistance. ㅤ In the short term, BTC could still push higher and test 84,400–85,300. But if price fails to break through this area again and starts losing momentum, I would expect sellers to step back in. The first target sits around 81,850. A clean break below that level could extend the decline toward the 80,000–80,700 support zone. ㅤ For now, I still favor the downside. As long as BTC stays below the trendline and fails to hold above 85,300, I would rather use the rallies to look for a confirmed SELL setup than assume they mark the beginning of a new bullish trend.
