Oberoi Realty Ltd reported a remarkable increase in sales bookings to Rs 9,149.69 crore in the second quarter. The company launched its first luxury housing project in Gurugram, resulting in high demand and strong sales. During the first half of the fiscal year, total income rose to Rs 3,098.06 crore compared to the previous year. Its consolidated net profit showed a slight increase, reaching Rs 761.
