Hi! I’m a new grad nurse in Philly. I saw PA has a 3 year loan repayment of 60k. What are people’s thoughts? From what I understand, if I leave early before the 3 years is over I’d have to pay back whatever they gave me. I work at Jefferson in critical care and they already made me sign a 2 year contract bc the training for new grads is so costly for the hospital. So I figured why not just do this 3 year program and commit to another year? I like the hospital so far and can honestly see myself staying longer but I know things can change. Thoughts? Opinions?
