I made Sun Draft, a small digital product sold through my Etsy shop. It’s printable and fillable PDFs, not an app. There are five tools: First Step, Brain Dump, Dopamine Menu, Reset Card, and Waiting Mode. Each has a completed example, and you can use one page without following a daily system. The First Step example is simple: “Clean the kitchen” → “Pick up the sponge.” The worksheet also leaves room for a likely distraction and a next move when you return. Recent feedback pushed me to show that example more clearly in the listing instead of only saying examples are included.
