I’m working on a personalized monthly calendar PDF and ran into a layout problem: most dates only need a short note, but a few need more detail. Keeping every day cell the same size can make longer notes wrap awkwardly; shrinking the type makes the page harder to read when printed. For those who work with digital or printable planners, what layout approaches help with variable-length notes in a fixed monthly grid?
