The focus is on making the best out of space, but feel liberated and "spacious" by using an open concept with plenty of glass, low clutter, greenery/vegetation and importantly single-story only. So these are conceptualized using a residential stand ranging from 500 to 1000 square meters. So ideally, it would work or adopted in more settings, not just northern suburbs. The first 6 pics are for one concept and the last 6 are for an alternate. I know flat roofs are a concern for some, but a good engineer/planner easily covers that. Yes, solar ne borehole would be there. What do you guys think? Yay or nay? Which neighborhood would you build this in if you could?
