Yeah the "she worked fine for 5 years!" Isn't the gotcha people think it is. People work fine before burning out all the time. She talks about being suicidal and burn out in one comments, so I'm getting from that the 5 years probably weren't so fine and it was down to the wire. Not an excuse for her shitty behaviour and she's leaning into the helplessness way too hard, but that one particular aspect isn't that weird.
