honestly i find it so hard to find new music clips. searching for individuals songs sucks, and youtube just keeps putting me in the same loop of the same stuff over and over. i missed when music tv just played stuff and you’d stumble onto something new, so i built my own. it’s called NOORwave and it turns the music videos on tidal into nonstop channels. 98 so far, 207k songs and growing, everything from 90s and grunge to hip hop and late night stuff. you hit play and it just keeps going. there’s also a map thing (Atlas) that jumps you from artist to artist, which is how i’ve found most of my new favourites lately. right now it only works with tidal, so you’ll need an account. more services coming later. it’s free on windows and linux at noorwave.app. would love feedback as its still in development heads up if you try it: you’ll need a tidal account, and connect last.fm too if you can, it makes the channels way better. it’ll look a bit bare for the first few days while it indexes your videos and builds the tags, so give it a bit before you judge it.
