I made Guess My Department: https://guessmyfreakindepartment.com You get a face and four departments. Pick one. There is no true answer. The "correct" department is whatever the crowd has voted most, so you score points for agreeing with strangers. The point is to watch a stereotype get made in real time. It's written as a fake HR-tech SaaS that is a little too proud of itself: you earn "Prejudice Points", get a bias receipt after every guess, and there's a daily "bias audit". A few details: All ~1000 faces are AI-generated (FLUX.1-schnell, Apache 2.0). Nobody real. The prompts don't include any department cues on purpose. The stereotype has to come from the players. Old votes count for less over time (half after 7 days), so the verdict for a face can drift. To make day one playable, I seeded a small "opening crowd". Every chart says how many of its votes the house cast. No signup needed to play. GA only after you click Accept. Stack: React + Vite + Tailwind on the front, Flask + SQLite on one dedicated box, nginx in front. What I'd love feedback on: is the joke clear within the first 2 rounds, or does it read as a straight "guess the job" game? submitted by /u/trbck_ [link] [comments]
