Every roaster sells on their own website, so there's no way to see all of them side by side. I wanted to search them the way I think about coffee: by taste, country, roast and price. Krafeyda reads about 800 roasters' shops every Monday, cleans up the listings, and lets you search them all in one place. It shows the price per 100 g so bags of any size compare fairly, then sends you straight to the roaster to buy. It doesn't sell coffee and takes no commission. A new things I learned building it: - Two thirds of roasters run on Shopify, which publishes product data in a standard format, so one reader covers most of them. - Only 49% of coffees say which variety is in the bag. - The whole site is static pages rebuilt weekly, so it runs on free tiers (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare) for $0 a month.
