I'm in the process of building a website that allows you to navigate all globally available supplements, see all the retailers that sell it and ship it to your country. It allows you to compare , supplements, prices, forms and doses. The website is still in early development and so far it has a small fraction of only some iherb supplements but I plan to add all the big retailers of each country in(Europe, USA, UK, south Africa) The feature I'm most excited about is a nutrient absorption calculator that goes far beyond basic nutrition tracking. It attempts to estimate: Nutrient absorption and conversion to active forms Interactions, inhibitors and enhancers. Dynamic optimal ranges based on individuals needs (weight ,sex, activity levels, diseases, blood markers) It includes 4000+ foods and scientific references . Disclaimer , the calculations are from experimental references . Here is the link: https://www.i-supplement.com/ It's still a work in progress, any feedback is greatly appreciated. Feedback on the calculator, the estimations and the website usability The iherb links have my code so I do get some credits if you use them without any extra cost to you. submitted by /u/SlayerZed143 [link] [comments]
