I'm looking for a lip-synced smoothly animated quick scene where Vault-Boy pops up in some sort of circle (kind of like these: ref_1 ref_2 but his arm is resting on the bottom of it). The circle appears on screen with kind of a flat to stretched pop before "Now". He kind of has a darker serious look at first then after "Now" He snaps to his classical smiling pose for the "Where were we!?" and when the chorus starts he reaches his arm up out of the circle drags the projector real down from the top of the screen. The animation is supposed to read as official looking as possible, as if Bethesda animated it. Probably 12fps? maybe slight less. Clean linework isn't really important since filters will hide most of the artifacts. I'm not quite sure if my vision for this makes sense? But I'm glad to answer any questions.
