Kalina, who posts under the handle @kalinaisabella, says she uncovered that her childhood best friend had been allegedly sending harassing texts to their entire friend group, as reported by the The Daily Dot. The saga supposedly started back in high school when Kalina had two best friends, whom she identified as A and J. Everything seemed normal until A claimed she started receiving a barrage of anonymous, cruel text messages about her childhood trauma. Kalina and J tried to be supportive, especially as A shared screenshots of the harassing texts with them. The situation escalated when Kalina claimed she also started finding threatening notes inside her own locker. Kalina compared the ordeal to Pretty Little Liars, the series in which a group of friends is tormented by an anonymous texter known as A. Apparently, the same messages started landing on everyone else’s phones Things took an even darker turn when J supposedly began receiving her own set of harassing texts. These alleged messages were just as invasive, bringing up secrets that J had kept hidden, and they also attacked her for being close with A. However, during this period, Kalina claimed to notice something strange. Whenever one of the harassing texts arrived, A was almost always on her phone at the exact same time. Kalina reports she also grew suspicious as the harassment seemed to affect A’s daily life differently than it affected her or J. A few days later, the two of them were hanging out, and A apparently left her phone sitting out and unlocked. Kalina decided to take a look, and what she found completely changed her perspective on their friendship. While scrolling through the phone, Kalina claims to have found a texting app listing her name and J’s name. The conversations appeared to show A using a mystery number to send all of the harassing texts they had been receiving. Kalina said A’s parents, boyfriend, and ex-boyfriend were also among the targets, along with others in her inner circle. Kalina did not confront her friend immediately, as she allegedly wanted to loop J in on the discovery first. Once they had their facts straight, they both sat A down to talk. Kalina claims she said she approached it carefully, telling A they loved her and just wanted the truth.
