A complaints portal is being developed to address grievances from protesters and police regarding the July protests. The Supreme Court has instructed the Ministry of Home Affairs to provide necessary infrastructure for the initiative. Complaints will be submitted anonymously to protect the identities of witnesses and complainants. Two templates will be available for protesters and police personnel wishing to file complaints.
