Trading platforms have spent years adding market data, charts and AI research tools. Two recent product rollouts turn the analysis in the opposite direction, using clients’ trading histories to examine the behaviour behind their results. CFI is connecting its TradeWise scoring tool with the Kaiana AI assistant, while DXtrade has integrated Notofin as an optional behavioural-analysis module for brokers. The products follow different models but share the same premise: profit and loss records say what happened, while behavioural data may help explain why.CFI Turns a Score into a Conversation CFI's TradeWise analyses recurring patterns in a client’s past activity and brings them together in a Trading Behaviour Score. Kaiana provides the conversational interface, allowing clients to ask what affected the score or how their behaviour changed over time. For example, a client who notices a change after several trades could ask Kaiana what the analysis identified in their recent activity. The feature is designed to make previous decisions easier to examine. “TradeWise brings greater visibility to trading habits and patterns, while Kaiana helps clients explore and understand those insights,” said Ziad Melhem, CEO of CFI Financial Group. He mentioned that the broker had already introduced the tool as part of its AI ecosystem in an August interview with Finance Middle East . The latest announcement provides more detail about its connection with Kaiana and confirms its rollout through the current version of CFI’s iOS and Android app, subject to availability in individual markets.DXtrade Adds Journaling and Emotional Context DXtrade has taken a different route by integrating Notofin, an external performance intelligence platform. Brokers licensing DXtrade can decide whether to add the service to their client offering. Notofin automatically imports trading activity and combines it with information supplied by the trader, including journal entries, screenshots, execution context and emotions associated with individual decisions. Its analytics are intended to identify recurring strengths, mistakes and departures from a trading plan. Traders can also review their consistency across areas such as risk discipline, timing and adherence to a strategy. "The market has been analyzed from every angle; the trader has not. Our work with Devexperts brings that missing behavioral layer to the DXtrade ecosystem, helping traders understand not only what happened in their accounts, but how their decisions, execution, and emotions shaped the outcome," said Kaloyan Ivanov, Co-CEO of Notofin. Can Behavioural Feedback Improve Results? Neither announcement provides evidence that behavioural feedback improves trading outcomes. CFI has not published the methodology used to calculate its Trading Behaviour Score, preventing clients from independently reproducing or assessing it. Notofin explains which types of information it analyses, but some of its conclusions depend on traders consistently and accurately recording their emotions and decision-making context. Its AI-assisted observations are therefore not equivalent to an objective assessment of trading ability. AI can determine whether someone is a good trader, but it can help turn account history from a record of past trades into an ongoing source of client feedback. This article was written by Tanya Chepkova at www.financemagnates.com.
