Old patients often get a new drug for a side effect that's actually caused by another drug they already take. Then another drug for that one. Doctors call it a prescribing cascade. Example: blood pressure pill -> swollen ankles -> water pill -> leaking urine -> bladder pill -> foggy memory -> dementia pill. Domino spots these chains and gives the pharmacist one simple question: "Could the swelling be from the blood pressure pill?" It never tells anyone to stop a medicine. Fun test: I gave a normal AI a fake drug name. It confidently said the drug was unsafe. Domino said "I don't know this drug." That's the point. Synthetic patients only, hackathon project.
