An American woman living in New Delhi, Kristen Fischer, has sparked an online conversation after sharing a video of her visit to a neighbourhood kirana store less than a minute from her home. She is seen buying milk and curd while speaking to the shopkeeper in Hindi. The video prompted social media users to discuss the convenience of India's local grocery shops and the importance of supporting small businesses.
