GOLD DAILY CHART – LONG TERM MARKET REPORTGoldOANDA:XAUUSDGoldviewfxHey Everyone, Gold is currently testing a very important area on our Daily chart, the ascending channel floor, which is providing support. Price is trading around 4165, and we are now watching closely to see whether this channel floor will hold and produce another bullish reaction or whether we see a breakdown towards our lower GOLDTURN support. BULLISH ROUT MAP If the channel floor continues to hold, we expect a recovery with the following levels on our radar: - 4255 GOLDTURN – First major resistance and recovery target. - 4592 GOLDTURN – Next upside target following a confirmed break above 4255. - 4955 GOLDTURN – Higher resistance and longer-range target. - Upper Channel Boundary – Our extended bullish target should momentum continue. A recovery from this channel floor would support our longer-term bullish outlook and strategy of buying dips. BEARISH SCENARIO & SUPPORT Should price break below the ascending channel floor and confirm the breakdown, we will shift our attention towards 3982 GOLDTURN. This is our next major support area, where we would expect a reaction and potential swing bounce. A break below the channel does not automatically mean the bullish outlook is finished. It simply opens the next support range where we will reassess price action and look for buying opportunities. OUR TRADING PLAN For now, the Daily chart is at an important decision point. Scenario 1: Channel floor holds, we look for a bullish recovery towards 4255, followed by 4592 and 4955 as each resistance is confirmed broken. Scenario 2: Channel floor breaks, we allow price to move towards 3982 GOLDTURN, where we will be watching for support and a potential swing recovery. Our longer-term approach remains focused on buying dips from established support, while respecting the possibility of deeper corrections along the way.
