Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena chaired the Union Territory’s first advisory council meeting to discuss water security, agriculture, tourism, local employment and heritage conservation. The meeting reviewed Project Him Sarovar, Pashmina development, sea buckthorn production, glacier protection and infrastructure initiatives, with the administration targeting sustainable livelihoods and greater climate resilience.
