A surgical ICU for more context. Found this in the med room with their IV supplies. Asked the nurse I was touring with when they would ever use this and she even seemed surprised like she didn't even know that it was next to the regular length 20 and 18g iv catheters. When would this ever be needed? I've only previously seen 2.5 inch length before for regular PIV devices.
