The firm also announceda trading technology partnership withWestpac in Australia to expand its customer base.CMC Rebrand Leaves Services UnchangedThe rebranded businesswill cover trading, investing and wealth solutions, including multi-assetliquidity, trading technology, investment infrastructure, and access to publicand private markets.CMC Markets said thechange would not affect the services available to existing institutionalclients and partners.CMC PreviouslyOperated Separate Institutional and Retail BrandsCMC Markets introducedthe CMC Markets Connect brand in January 2021 to distinguish its institutionalbusiness from its retail offering. The company said at the time that the movereflected increased investment in institutional services, including liquidityprovision, pricing and execution.The business servesbanks, brokerages, family offices, hedge funds and dealing desks. Its servicesinclude multi-asset liquidity, trading technology, API connectivity andwhite-label solutions that allow partners to offer trading through their ownplatforms.
