Akurateco, a white-label payment software vendor, has launched an integration with viaSocket, a no-code workflow automation platform that connects more than 2,300 business applications. The integration went live and lets teams run routine payment operations in Akurateco automatically, based on what happens in the other tools they use.Five Akurateco actions are available in viaSocket: creating a checkout link, checking a transaction status by payment ID, capturing an authorized payment, refunding a payment in full or in part, and voiding a payment before settlement. Any of them can be added as a step in an automated workflow that starts in another app or runs on a schedule. In practice, this replaces tasks that staff currently do by hand, switching between systems:Checkout links: when a deal is marked as won in HubSpot or a new invoice row is added in Google Sheets, a checkout link is created in Akurateco and emailed to the customer automatically.Refunds: when a support agent approves a refund in Zendesk, the refund is submitted in Akurateco, and the customer gets a confirmation.Transaction checks: payment statuses are checked on a schedule and logged to Google Sheets, with a Slack alert sent when a payment is declined or stays pending.Captures: when an order is marked as shipped in the merchant's order management system, such as Airtable or Salesforce, the authorized payment is captured in Akurateco without anyone opening the payment dashboard.“Our clients spend time on steps that don’t require a decision, such as copying an order amount to create a payment link or looking up a transaction status for a support ticket,” said Andrew Riabchuk, Founder and CTO at Akurateco. “With viaSocket, those steps run automatically, and the team steps in only where a decision is needed.”“We’re excited to partner with Akurateco to help businesses connect their payment infrastructure with the tools they use every day. With viaSocket’s AI-powered automation, businesses can connect Akurateco with their CRMs and other 2300+ applications to automate payment-related workflows, reduce manual work, and build more efficient processes with just a single prompt ”, said Divyansh Jain, Product and Growth at viaSocket. How to get startedThe integration is listed as “Akurateco” on the viaSocket marketplace. It is available to merchants whose payment provider runs on Akurateco’s platform, with no additional setup required on the provider’s side. The merchant requests three details from their provider: a merchant key, a password and an endpoint URL. They then sign up for a viaSocket account (a free plan is available), create a new workflow, select Akurateco as an action step and enter those details. No development work is required.
