​ I really wanted to work at this location because it's convenient for me, and I have previous restaurant experience. I had an interview scheduled yesterday at 5:40 PM. I arrived early and ready for the interview, but when I got there, the location was closed. Since it's a new location that hasn't officially opened yet, I assumed there would at least be a manager there. The lights were mostly on, and there appeared to be personal belongings on some of the tables, so I thought someone would show up. I waited for a little over an hour and knocked on the door several times, but nobody came out. I also never received an email or text saying the interview had been canceled or rescheduled. Today, I returned around the same time and found a manager and a group of future employees inside. I explained what happened yesterday, and the manager told me to go back into the Ava Cado program to reschedule. However, the system wouldn't let me reschedule. I then contacted the employee help line and explained the situation. I was told to go into the AI hiring system, type in "new," and the process would restart so I could schedule another interview. The representative then abruptly hung up. I followed the instructions, but they didn't work either. At this point, I'm just trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do next. I still want to work at this location, but I've been unable to get the interview rescheduled through either the manager or the hiring system.
