Varroc Engineering has announced a joint venture with Forsee Power to develop battery-pack solutions for electric vehicles. The collaboration will begin with battery packs for three-wheelers, with plans to expand into other vehicle segments. Varroc will acquire a 45 percent stake in Forsee Power’s Indian subsidiary. This venture aims to combine expertise in battery technology and manufacturing for scalable solutions.
