​ I purchased a Realme washing machine from Flipkart around 15 months ago, which came with a 2-year warranty. Earlier this month, the pulsator stopped working, so I raised a warranty request. After around 20 days, I received a call from Flipkart informing me that they were unable to repair the washing machine and were offering a full refund of the purchase price after picking up the faulty machine. I asked the customer service executive to send me an email or WhatsApp confirmation so that I could go ahead and purchase a new washing machine. However, the executive told me that they did not have access to email or WhatsApp. Honestly, I find this offer hard to believe. Getting a full refund after using an appliance for over a year seems too good to be true! Has anyone faced a similar situation with Flipkart? Did they actually process the full refund after picking up the product?
