I work at Sportmonks, and built this small Next.js demo using our football API data. It shows a match score, a timeline you can filter by goals, cards and substitutions, and team statistics. You can also switch to a pre-match fixture to see how it handles missing scores and statistics. A few details that mattered: Home and away teams come from their metadata, rather than their position in the response. Some score fields are cumulative, while others describe only one half. Missing statistics stay missing instead of becoming zero. This version uses recorded API responses, so it isn't a live-score service. The page includes the request examples and fields used.
