Hi, I'm Justin. I do two kinds of small, fixed-price data jobs. 1. Public-data web scraping to CSV or Google Sheets I collect data from public pages or public APIs into a clean CSV or Google Sheet, with clear column names and one row per record. Basic, $50: one site or API, up to about 500 rows, one-time pull Standard, $100: up to 3 sources or about 5,000 rows, plus light cleanup and deduping Advanced, $200: a reusable Google Sheets script you can re-run with one click (for simple sites and public APIs; heavier sites get a one-time delivered dataset instead), with plain-English steps Limits: public, non-personal data only. I check each site's robots.txt and terms first. If a site forbids scraping, I'll tell you up front and suggest an official API or export instead. No logins, no getting around CAPTCHAs, and no personal data (names, emails, phone numbers) of any kind. 2. CSV / spreadsheet cleanup (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV) I remove duplicates, trim stray spaces, put dates, names and phone formats into one style, split or merge columns, combine files, and sort the way you need. You get a clean copy and a short list of what changed. Your original file is never touched. I delete your files once the job is done. Basic, $40: one sheet or CSV, simple fixes Standard, $90: several files or more involved rules Advanced, $160: everything in Standard, plus a small script so you can repeat the cleanup yourself Sample projects I built A Python scraper for the public USAspending.gov awards API, with 51 automated tests passing Google Sheets samples: a payroll date-range tracker (SUMIFS), an Apps Script that copies rows to a "Sold" tab without duplicates, and a weekly-to-monthly totals sheet I can describe any of these in more detail by DM. How it works DM me on Reddit with the site or file and what you want out of it. We agree on the tier, price and exact scope in writing in chat before I start. Half up front and half on delivery, by PayPal invoice. Thanks for reading! submitted by /u/TheMilkmanJ1992 [link] [comments]
