When I was a kid and it was food bank day I was so excited waiting for my mum to come back from there. Like don't get me wrong we were fed well but we ate basics like macaroni and mince and ketchup. But the food bank used to give up foods I had never tried before or even baked goods, it was awesome! I don't know why food banks get shame or people think the food isn't good. Hell, sometimes they make you warm dinners. Surely that's better than kraft mac and cheese
