I’m looking for a graphic designer / illustrator to create a reusable digital birthday greeting for a private German military group consisting of active and former servicemen. The design will be shared privately via WhatsApp. I am looking for a mature, dignified and traditional visual style. It should feel professionally designed and suitable for an older military audience. I will provide an official unit crest and additional reference material privately to the selected designer. A Leopard 2 main battle tank should preferably be incorporated as a visual element. I am particularly interested in an illustrated, graphic, line-art, silhouette or engraving-inspired interpretation rather than a photorealistic combat scene. Initial concept phase I would like three clearly different visual directions. They should differ in overall design language and composition, rather than simply being different colors of the same template. A fictional recipient such as Max Mustermann can be used for the concepts. The exact German birthday message and unit-specific wording will be provided privately after hiring. Later stage After one direction is selected, I may commission the same designer again to create several refined variations and finalize one permanent design. The final design will eventually need to be supplied as an editable source/master file, allowing the recipient information to be changed without recreating the entire design. No generative AI I am specifically looking for human graphic design / illustration. Please do not use generative-AI artwork or AI-generated design. Budget Approximately €50–55 for the initial concept phase. Further refinement and finalization can be commissioned and paid separately. Private, non-commercial use. Please send: portfolio relevant examples your proposed scope within the budget software/source-file format confirmation that no generative AI will be used No unpaid custom samples are required. submitted by /u/Kekkekkekkekkekkok [link] [comments]
