[Hiring] I’m looking for an illustrator / graphic designer for a reusable digital birthday greeting for a private German military group of active and former servicemen. The audience is predominantly mature and older soldiers, so I am looking for something: dignified traditional restrained professional military without looking like gaming or tactical merchandise An official unit crest will be provided privately. I would also like a Leopard 2 incorporated into the design. I currently prefer an intentionally illustrated treatment such as a silhouette, line drawing, graphic illustration or engraving-inspired style rather than photorealistic military artwork. First commission I would like three clearly different design directions using a fictional recipient such as: Max Mustermann The exact German birthday wording and internal unit-specific details will be provided privately to the selected artist. The three concepts should represent genuinely different visual approaches rather than minor variations of the same design. After one direction has been selected, I may commission the same artist again for refinement and finalization. The eventual final version will need an editable source file so recipient information can be changed later. Important No generative AI. I am specifically looking for human-created design or illustration. Budget Approximately €50–55 for the first concept phase. Additional refinement/finalization would be a separate paid commission. Private, non-commercial use. If interested, please reply with: portfolio relevant examples what you could provide within this budget source-file format confirmation that you do not use generative AI No unpaid test artwork is requested. submitted by /u/Kekkekkekkekkekkok [link] [comments]
