We’re currently looking to bring on a Talent Manager to join the team - someone who wants to build genuine relationships with creators and brands, take ownership of opportunities, and grow alongside an ambitious agency. 🌐 What we do We work with creators across the Minecraft space, including ManePear, Flowtives, Daiazal (and many more). This includes: Brand partnerships and sponsorships Creator representation and relationship management Influencer marketing campaigns Connecting creators with new business opportunities Building long-term relationships across the industry 🚀 What we're looking for We don't just care about previous experience in talent management. We're looking for someone with: A genuine understanding of the Minecraft creator space Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence reaching out to brands and developing new partnerships Initiative and the ability to take ownership of opportunities Reliability, organisation, and a proactive mindset A genuine interest in helping creators grow their businesses Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships is a plus, but we're ultimately looking for the right person with the right mindset. 💰 Compensation This is a commission-based opportunity with significant room to grow as Awre expands. You'll earn commission from the deals you manage, with additional incentives for bringing new creators and brands into the agency.
