Micro job fairs to be held in Coimbatore and Tiruppur - The HinduPublished - October 14, 2026 05:46 pm IST - CoimbatoreMicro job fairs will be held in Coimbatore and Tiruppur on October 24 and 23, respectively, to recruit candidates for vacancies in the private sector.In Coimbatore, the fair organised by the District Employment and Career Guidance Centre will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 24 at Suguna Auditorium (Mini Hall) on Nehru Nagar West, Kalapatti Road. Fifty leading private companies are expected to participate and recruit candidates for various vacancies.In Tiruppur, the fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 23 at Park’s College of Arts and Science on Palladam Road, Chinnakkarai. Leading private companies from the district will participate in the recruitment drive.Candidates who have completed Class 10, Class 12, ITI, diploma or undergraduate courses can attend either fair.Those attending the Coimbatore fair should bring their resumes and copies of educational certificates, while candidates attending the Tiruppur fair should bring their Employment Exchange registration cards and resumes.Entry is free at both venues, and there is no age limit for the Coimbatore fair.Selected candidates will receive appointment orders on the day of the respective fair. Employment Exchange registration will remain valid for those securing jobs through the Coimbatore fair.Jobseekers and employers can register at www.tnprivatejobs.tn.gov.in.
