Signature Global and Manasum Senior Living are collaborating to create a housing project for senior citizens. The project, titled Manasum Varishta, is located on Dwarka Expressway and will comprise 164 homes. Signature Global will handle the construction and development, while Manasum manages sales and operations after completion. The project is expected to generate approximately Rs 575 crore in revenue.
